I’m currently eating a Honeycrisp apple, and hot damn is it fantastic! I’m really picky about the texture of apples. They’ve got to be crisp; the crisperier, the better. (There’s nothing worse in apple eating land than sinking your teeth into an apple that’s as soft as quicksand!)
Anyhow, if you like crisp apples, go out and find a Honeycrisp. It is easily the crispiest apple I’ve ever had (and quite delicious, too).
